User Content Terms & Release

By responding #MyAveenoKids, you grant Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. and its affiliates and related entities (collectively “JJCI”) a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the photo(s), video(s), text or other content that you have been contacted about (“Your Content”), along with your moniker, handle, and name in any media, including but not limited to on JJCI’s webpages, social, marketing, third party materials featuring JJCI’s brand, and advertising. JJCI may use, reproduce, distribute, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit Your Content in any manner in its sole discretion, with no obligation to you whatsoever. You hereby represent and warrant that (i) you own all rights in and to Your Content, (ii) you have permission from any person(s) appearing in or any materials featured in Your Content; (iii) you are not a minor, (iv) the photo depicts your real experience and has not been materially altered and (v) JJCI’s use of Your Content will not violate the rights of any third party or any law. You hereby release, discharge and agree to hold JJCI and any person acting on JJCI’s behalf harmless from any liability related in any way to JJCI’s use of Your Content.
